Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Verifypixel, a conversion-tracking monitoring service operated by FC Consultoria em Tecnologia LTDA ("Verifypixel", "we", "us"), a company registered in Brazil. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
1. The service
Verifypixel monitors conversion tracking on analytics and advertising accounts you connect (such as Google Analytics 4, Meta datasets, and Google Ads), detects anomalies and breakage, and sends you alerts. Access to your accounts is read-only and granted by you via each platform's official authorization flow. You can revoke it at any time.
2. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are authorized to connect the accounts you connect — they are yours or you have your client's permission.
- You keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
- You use the service lawfully and do not attempt to probe, overload, resell, or reverse engineer it.
3. What Verifypixel is not
Verifypixel is a monitoring and alerting tool. It does not modify your tracking setup, does not guarantee that every breakage will be detected, and does not guarantee the absence of false alerts. Detection is statistical by nature: we work continuously to maximize accuracy, but you remain responsible for your advertising spend and business decisions. Verifypixel is not a substitute for reviewing your own data.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the prices shown at purchase, in USD, through our merchant-of-record payment provider, which handles payment processing and applicable taxes. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and the service remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
5. Trials, waitlist and early access
Free features (such as the tracking Health Check), trials, and early-access offerings are provided as-is and may change or end at any time. Waitlist position does not guarantee access.
6. Intellectual property
We own the service, its software, and its branding. You own your data. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service on the data you connect, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party platforms
The service depends on APIs operated by Google and Meta. We are not affiliated with either. If a platform changes or restricts its APIs, parts of the service may be limited or unavailable; we will do our best to adapt promptly.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verifypixel's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, wasted advertising spend, or losses caused by undetected tracking failures or by decisions made on the basis of alerts or their absence.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes are subject to the courts of Brasília, DF, Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the product at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@verifypixel.com.
